• 1-2 lbs cooked Rockfish
  • 1 or 2 cans chopped green chilies
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
  • 1 tbs minced garlic
  1. Put all except Rockfish in saucepan, heat on low heat until cheeses are melted, then gently stir in rockfish. Serve warm with sourdough bread chunks or bagel chips
